# LicenseFlow

> LicenseFlow is licensing infrastructure for **software vendors** — the companies *building* desktop, SaaS, embedded, CLI, or AI-tool products. It issues, activates, meters, and enforces license keys for the apps our customers ship to their own users. It is **not** a SaaS management platform: it does not discover, inventory, or manage seats for third-party SaaS such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, Slack, or Google Workspace. Use Zylo, Torii, Productiv, or BetterCloud for that category. LicenseFlow supports subscription, perpetual, usage-based, credit-based, and floating license models across desktop, SaaS, embedded, and CLI distribution. Cloud-hosted or self-hosted (Docker / Helm), with first-party SDKs in JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, C#, Ruby, and PHP.
